    We come out, measure up, check your water pressure, waste routes and floor, and talk through what you want. The visit is free.

    Design & price

    You get a written quote listing exactly what's included. We help you choose the suite, tiles and fittings if you want a hand.

    Strip-out & fit

    One team does the lot: strip-out, plumbing, boarding, tanking, tiling and fitting. You'll know which days the water is off.

  4. 4

    Final finish

    Everything tested, sealed and cleaned. We walk you through the room, and the work is covered by our 12-month labour guarantee.

  • What areas do you cover?

    We're a Southside team. We cover Shawlands, Giffnock, Newton Mearns, Clarkston, Cathcart, Pollokshields, Newlands and Busby, plus the rest of Greater Glasgow.

  • How do I get a price for a new bathroom?

    Use the bathroom planner. It takes a few taps. Adam will call you back to arrange a free home survey, and after that you get a written quote listing exactly what's included.

  • Do you do the whole job, or just the plumbing?

    The whole job: strip-out, plumbing, boarding, tanking, tiling, fitting and the clean-up. Any electrical work is done by a qualified electrician, organised by us, so you only have one team to deal with.

  • How long will I be without a bathroom?

    A standard refit typically takes a working week or two on site. Wet rooms and bigger layout changes take longer. If it's your only bathroom, tell us. We can often plan things so the toilet is working at the end of each day.

  • What guarantee do you give?

    All workmanship is covered by a written 12-month guarantee on labour. Parts and fittings carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product.

  • Do you do boilers and gas work too?

    Gas and boiler work is carried out by our independent Gas Safe registered partner engineer (Reg. No. 666283). The registration is held personally by the engineer, not by Southside Plumbing.

  • What are your hours?
